Monthly March 2019 – Wrap-up

It is the end of March already! This month went so fast!

March Update

This month has been a building month – so I have been focusing on building my networking on the different social medias, mainly Twitter. This has been really challenging and interesting, as I was unsure at first on how to approach different individuals to spread the world about my blog. There are so many supportive networks available to join and follow, I’ll be writing a blog shortly on how to find these networks and to grow your social media audience.

As you can see from my Twitter Analytics below for this month, I was quite successful;

It was also my birthday this month (29th March) and I turned 23! I celebrated by working (of course!), but spent time with family and Bertie (pup) this weekend.

Reading

This month, I only read one book – Me Before You by Jojo Moyes. For April, I have decided to read and review the following books; The Revenant by Michael Purke, To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, and Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn.

Studying

My university module is almost complete now! The options to choose modules for Stage 2 was opened this month, and I decided to sign up for Exploring Classical World, which is all about Ancient Greece and Rome, and Exploring Philosophy. I am super excited to start those in October!! Both of these modules are 60 credits, so I need to do an average of 30 hours study a week to ensure I keep up to date. I am expecting this to be quite difficult as I am working full-time as well, but I have the option to ‘drop’ one of the modules if it gets too hard to manage, and will carry it on within the next year.

With the module I am working on at the moment, I have two TMA’s left to complete, and then an end of module assessment in May.
